11. Account Suspension and Termination

asik88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

Upon Account termination, any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to asik88, provided the funds were obtained legitimately and all verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds and unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited upon termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of asik88 services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies through the competent courts of Indonesia.
